Tiny to Teen Services provides safe, structured, child-centered support for families navigating separation, court involvement, high-conflict parenting matters, and other qualifying situations. Our services are designed to protect children, reduce conflict, and support healthier family connections through individualized planning and professional oversight.

Supervised Parenting Time

Supervised Parenting Time creates a safe and comfortable setting for children to have contact with a noncustodial parent while a trained monitor remains present throughout the visit. This service is designed to shield children from adult conflict and support appropriate parent-child interaction in a structured environment.

Supervised Sibling Visitation

Supervised Sibling Visitation helps siblings maintain meaningful connection when family circumstances require professional oversight. Visits are monitored to provide safety, structure, and support while preserving important sibling relationships.

Supervised Exchange

Supervised Exchange provides monitored transfer of a child between parents or guardians before and after parenting time. This service is designed to prevent direct contact between adults, reduce conflict during transitions, and support a safer experience for children.

Virtual or Telephonic Monitoring

Virtual or Telephonic Monitoring oversees phone calls or video contact between a child and a nonresidential or incarcerated parent. This service helps families maintain communication while supporting safety, appropriateness, and compliance with service expectations.

Transport Services

Transport Services provide safe and reliable transportation for children or vulnerable adults traveling to and from visits with a parent or guardian. Transportation arrangements are made with attention to safety, timing, and the unique needs of each family, including longer-distance travel when appropriate.

Parenting Skills Education

Our Parenting Skills Education services provide family-centered, trauma-informed support designed to strengthen parenting knowledge and improve family relationships. Tiny to Teen uses a model that builds and supports Nurturing Parenting Programs® techniques, educational modules, and assessments through virtual and in-person individual or group sessions.

Therapeutic Supervision

Therapeutic Supervision is a clinically informed service focused on improving, rebuilding, or healing the parent-child relationship when deeper emotional or relational concerns are present. This service is conducted by a supervised visitation professional and overseen by a master’s-level clinician with advanced training in therapeutic work with children and families.

Interventions are trauma-informed and tailored to the specific needs of each family. This service may be appropriate for reunification needs, resistance or refusal cases, parenting support, sibling reconnection, and other situations where relationship repair requires a more therapeutic setting.

Professional Observation Reports

Professional Observation Reports provide objective, factual, unbiased documentation of observed interactions during services. Reports are available to courts only and are prepared in PDF format with monitor & manager signature, with every effort made to submit them within 7 to 10 business days of request.

Who We Serve

Our services may support families involved in court-ordered parenting time, custody-related matters, agreed services between parties, Department of Child Safety cases, and other high-conflict family situations requiring structured supervision and individualized safety planning.

Intake Process

Each family begins with an intake process that includes online applications, nonrefundable intake fees, required documentation, and separate orientation meetings before services are scheduled. Typical processing and scheduling times are approximately 10 business days, depending on receipt of documents, scheduling, and availability.

Families must provide court orders, evaluations, minute entries, protective orders, and contact information for the other party. Expedited requests may be available for an additional fee.

Safety and Mandatory Reporting

Tiny to Teen Services prioritizes the safety of children, families, staff, and the community. Any suspected abuse must be reported to the appropriate agency as required by law, and supervisors have the authority to interrupt, reschedule, or terminate a visit if rules are violated, a child becomes acutely distressed, or safety of participants or staff is at risk.
