Supporting families in transition to accomplish a significant raise in parenting skills. These are great positions for a caring individual hoping to learn and grow in the social service and behavioral science fields. Our company provides ongoing training. Family and child support specialists receive initial new hire training and continuing education throughout the year.  They operate in the field with a high level of autonomy and are able to problem solve independently and with their supervisor. We provide opportunities with supervisors, mentors and teams to discuss incidents and cases. This gives aides the opportunity to grow and expand their knowledge and critical thinking skills.

Parent Aides monitor, observe, and meticulously document the progress of the parent’s engagement with their children and provide supportive redirection when needed. Skill meetings with parents to provide community resource lists, enhance parents life, home, and parenting skills. Support, cheer on their growth and accomplishments.

Case Aide perform a supportive role to children by conducting supervised visitations. Observe, document, and provide safety and comfort to the attendees.

Supervised Transport driving children to and from visits, documenting interactions during transportation and maintaining professional relationships with children, clients, foster placements, coworkers and other agencies.

1099 Independent Contractors Any position of your choosing. Taxes not withheld. Contractor responsible for paying taxes.
